The staging looks fabulous! I never thought about putting snacks out!

I never thought about snacks either. They were a surprise to me.

Oh your house is GORGEOUS. I hope it is sold soon.

Anyway, enjoy your books. When Dimple Met Rishi sounds great. The reviews so far has been awesome. I hope you'll love it. Happy reading and have a wonderful week. :)

Good luck selling the house! Looks nice. And enjoy your trip- sounds great!

I remember seeing Ripped from the Pages a while back- I like a cozy now and then and the plot of that one appealed to me a lot. Hope it's good.

We're all looking forward to the trip. This summer has been so jam packed with moving stuff and work. We need a time away from it all.

Ripped from the Pages is good but it's midway through the Bibliophile series. You might want to start with Homicide in Hardcover

The house looks good - hope your open house goes well!

Thanks. I think it went well. Our realtor seemed happy with the turnout.

The house looks gorgeous, hope some serious buyers come through, what a busy reading week too.

Lovely staging! You sure got a lot of reading done.

This week's going to be a slow week for me with the trip. I never get much reading done while traveling.

The staged rooms look great! Good luck!

I like the look of Ripped from the Pages. Thanks for sharing, and for visiting my blog.

Ripped from the Pages is book nine in the Bibliophile mystery series. I'll get it reviewed later this year.

Paper Girls sounds interesting- I love the cover!

I recommend starting with the first volume. There's a huge cliff hanger at the end.

Thank you. The trip will be a nice break from an entire spring and summer working on this first step of the process.

The staging is awesome and you're going to see the eclipse....also awesome! I need some to clean my house, remodel it and then stage it! LOL!

Do you read a lot of YA books? I read some...I trend to like them better than some of the adult books. LOL! Have a great experience at the eclipse!

It's been about six months of thinking about nothing but the old place. It's nice ot have that part of the process behind us.

The eclipse will mean a lot of driving and early mornings but it will be worth it.

I read a mixture of children's, middle grade, YA, and adult books. Most of the books I read fall more into the middle grade category than YA, especially this time of the year when I'm trying to gear up for the CYBILs.

The last time we sold a house (the only time!) we sold it ourselves. A couple bought it without even seeing what it looked like on the inside! It's been a long, long time since then...not sure we could do the same now!

Here's mine: Can Books Improve Your Happiness?

There is no way we would want to sell our house ourselves.

We have eclipse glasses (bought last year before all the fake ones started flooding the market). We will also be getting a second set as part of our tickets for parking our car at the Casper Events Center. My camera has a filter too.

The house looks great, hope all goes well with the open house and it sells quickly. Have fun watching the eclipse! I really want to read Paper Girls at some point, it looks really good - plus it's from the guy who writes Saga, so I'm sure I'll love it.

Comment #28: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 11:10:00

I haven't read Saga. I jumped to Paper Girls first.

WOW! Your master bedroom looks fantastic; I love it! We should have a pretty good view of the eclipse here, but I'm still searching for some decent glasses - GAH! Hope you have a great trip!

We bought our glasses six months ago when they were still easy to get. Good luck!
