It's Monday! What Are You Reading? (August 14): 08/14/17
We did it. It was a crazy week of running errands but the house is on the market. Our first open house was Sunday.
This coming week we're leaving on a road trip to Wyoming to see the eclipse. At this point I don't know if I will be participating next Monday. If I don't, I'll post an extra long one the following week. What I read:

Comment #2: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 11:23:00 Pussreboots I never thought about snacks either. They were a surprise to me. Comment #3: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 01:41:31 Oh your house is GORGEOUS. I hope it is sold soon. Anyway, enjoy your books. When Dimple Met Rishi sounds great. The reviews so far has been awesome. I hope you'll love it. Happy reading and have a wonderful week. :) Comment #4: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 11:25:00 Pussreboots Thanks. I hope so too. I've just started Dimple but I like it so far. Comment #5: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 03:36:09 Good luck selling the house! Looks nice. And enjoy your trip- sounds great! I remember seeing Ripped from the Pages a while back- I like a cozy now and then and the plot of that one appealed to me a lot. Hope it's good. Comment #6: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 11:28:00 Pussreboots We're all looking forward to the trip. This summer has been so jam packed with moving stuff and work. We need a time away from it all. Ripped from the Pages is good but it's midway through the Bibliophile series. You might want to start with Homicide in Hardcover Comment #7: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 03:45:28 The house looks good - hope your open house goes well! Comment #8: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 11:33:00 Pussreboots Thanks. I think it went well. Our realtor seemed happy with the turnout. Comment #9: Monday, August, 14, 2017 at 03:51:04 The house looks gorgeous, hope some serious buyers come through, what a busy reading week too. Comment #10: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 11:36:00 Pussreboots We'll hear all about the offers this coming Sunday. Comment #11: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 07:34:14 Lovely staging! You sure got a lot of reading done. Comment #12: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 11:39:00 Pussreboots This week's going to be a slow week for me with the trip. I never get much reading done while traveling. Comment #13: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 10:40:51 The staged rooms look great! Good luck! I like the look of Ripped from the Pages. Thanks for sharing, and for visiting my blog. Comment #14: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 11:41:00 Pussreboots Ripped from the Pages is book nine in the Bibliophile mystery series. I'll get it reviewed later this year. Comment #15: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 11:50:43 Paper Girls sounds interesting- I love the cover! Comment #16: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 12:00:00 Pussreboots I recommend starting with the first volume. There's a huge cliff hanger at the end. Comment #17: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 18:51:37 Best of luck selling your place. It looks really nice. Hope you enjoy your trip. Comment #18: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 10:56:00 Pussreboots Thank you. The trip will be a nice break from an entire spring and summer working on this first step of the process. Comment #19: Monday, August 14, 2017 at 21:46:33 The staging looks wonderful, best of success on the sale. Enjoy the trip to see the eclipse. Comment #20: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 10:59:00 Pussreboots Thanks! I hope to have photos of the eclipse to share the week after next. Comment #21: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 06:17:17 The staging is awesome and you're going to see the eclipse....also awesome! I need some to clean my house, remodel it and then stage it! LOL! Do you read a lot of YA books? I read some...I trend to like them better than some of the adult books. LOL! Have a great experience at the eclipse! Comment #22: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 11:01:00 Pussreboots It's been about six months of thinking about nothing but the old place. It's nice ot have that part of the process behind us. The eclipse will mean a lot of driving and early mornings but it will be worth it. I read a mixture of children's, middle grade, YA, and adult books. Most of the books I read fall more into the middle grade category than YA, especially this time of the year when I'm trying to gear up for the CYBILs. Comment #23: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 08:25:04 The last time we sold a house (the only time!) we sold it ourselves. A couple bought it without even seeing what it looked like on the inside! It's been a long, long time since then...not sure we could do the same now! Here's mine: Can Books Improve Your Happiness? Comment #24: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 11:06:00 Pussreboots There is no way we would want to sell our house ourselves. Comment #25: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 08:35:02 Have a great Wyoming trip and protect your eyes! Comment #26: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 11:08:00 Pussreboots We have eclipse glasses (bought last year before all the fake ones started flooding the market). We will also be getting a second set as part of our tickets for parking our car at the Casper Events Center. My camera has a filter too. Comment #27: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 12:14:23 The house looks great, hope all goes well with the open house and it sells quickly. Have fun watching the eclipse! I really want to read Paper Girls at some point, it looks really good - plus it's from the guy who writes Saga, so I'm sure I'll love it. Comment #28: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 11:10:00 Pussreboots I haven't read Saga. I jumped to Paper Girls first. Comment #29: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 12:24:22 WOW! Your master bedroom looks fantastic; I love it! We should have a pretty good view of the eclipse here, but I'm still searching for some decent glasses - GAH! Hope you have a great trip! Comment #30: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 11:12:00 Pussreboots We bought our glasses six months ago when they were still easy to get. Good luck! Comment #31: Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 20:47:51 The pictures of your house looks great. Good luck with selling it. Comment #32: Friday, August 25, 2017 at 21:50:00 Pussreboots Thanks.
